  1. Hi ladies and gentlemen, I’m new to the forum. However I’ve owned a Honda since the day I passed my test, albeit a daily or a track car. I recently purchased an mb6 from a lady from the village I grew up in. The main reason for the post is to see if anyone knows how many white mb6’s were sold/are still about. Everyone I’ve spoken to has said they’ve never seen one in white

  5. Hi everyone, I'm quite new here and I've just picked up my first ever 1997 Honda Civic today. I'm looking for some exhaust reccomendations because I'm not sure what fits and what doesn't. I'm not looking for anything crazy just something that makes the car sound a bit more fruity and looks good when sitting under the rear bumper arch. So far though the car runs and drives lovely absolutely chuffed with it. Cheers

  7. Soooo.. haven't posted for a really long time... A LOT of things have changed on the 'Deck since last post! I'll explain what has been done since last post, and I'm guessing this is gonna be a pretty long text... Since the last update (about the spoiler I fitted, if I'm correct) much has changed on the red wagon. Especially things on the outside, and I've got a bit in trouble because of the first sports-exhaust I mounted.. I got pulled over, and had to follow an officer on motorcycle for a Decibel-test... and offcourse mine was way to loud.. It gave me a "wok-status", meaning I was not allowed to drive the car unless I turned the axhaust back to stock, and only on the day that I would go to an MOT-Station (to keep things understandable for you guys). But that wasn't all..I also got ticket for having too much decibels.. and with a total of 459n euros the highest they were allowed to give..... Now I have a Spoon-Style eindmuffler, wich I had to make longer to fit nicely in the reat bumper. and as for the upgrades; -Got myself a new coilover kit from the brand Maxpeedingrods, the set is ajustable in height but also on bump-stiffness. And I'm still really happy with it. -Don't know if I put it here too, but I've had my windows tinted from B-pilar to the back and wanted it blacked out, or in this case, maximum tinted, it only let's thru about 5% of light, so that's dark enough. -One thing I got really happy with, was buying an original VTI-s front lip for the bumper, sanded it slightly and painted it black(used to be blue). Eventually painted it the same color as the body. -Also painted both mirrors ons the outside, since one was black and fhe other one dark green.. -And Since last friday (27th of August), I FINALLY got me some really nice shoes for the 'Deck!! Also did some (small) performance-mods, and still bussy with some too. -Got a complete Cylinderhead of a D16z6 engine -Bought a P28 ECU that already got a tune on it with 2step as well. -Mounted a (better) intakemanifold of a D15b7 engine, including throttlebody and injectors, but will be replacing that for one of a D16z6 when I find one.. -And I got myself a nice intake-system, where the airfilter is mounted in my frontbumper, still need to make it more "rain-proof", but it already sits nice and dry. I think this was enough for the chit/chat, here are some pics how my Aerodeck looks right now! (Not all images wanted to upload correctly, so I'll be posting some new ones soon!) The D15b7 intake mirror respray bellowt The nice stance she had since the new coilovers.. for those who don't follow me yet, here's my Instagram did some photoshoots for fun! fitting the new shoes on the 'Deck Really LOVE it's stance now .. and off course a little messing around with the 2step 20210626_224509.mp4

  9. Worst thing about this is that it looks like it was me... Can't remember what the hell this was about, and there's nothing in my project thread about it. Must have been abducted by aliens or something. I'll try and remember what the hell it was all about - I must have sorted it.

  10. Don't be sorry, I thought the cap was a plug sow I pulled at the cable the same time, cap came of by accident I'm gonna wrap my roof because of the hail damage, put some putty on it and made it as flat as possible, same story for the hood. DAP didn't fit or didn't work?

  11. Ah, I thought that even the non vti hatch had one but smaller... That explains why it won't fit the non vti deck then.

  12. Yeah its weird that, I can understand the vtis getting them and not the non vtis, but I can't see why the areodeck vti didn't get one. That's baffling lol

  13. Even the vti deck didn't have one. Just the fastback had rear arb for some reason.

  14. I’ve been offered £150 for the lips and spoiler. I’m keeping the skirts… which I think isn’t too bad considering the damage. What do you reckon @dr_broon

  15. Rust is indeed not the problem over here, so I think I have to sand it, put a lot of putty on the hood and do my best to make it flat again, then put some (black) wrapping on it. Same story for the roof, let it spray is an option I consider later because it's expensive if you want to do it good. On the other hand, I bought the car really cheap (800 Euro) because of the hail damage, so a little invest to make it good is to consider, the car is like new on the inside etc.

  16. Dave, thank you for your reply. I thought the same regarding the abs ring. I’m going to keep the 4 x 100, it’s cheaper to change those over for new ones than having to buy new wheels They aren’t damaged, just want to replace numerous items for piece of mind.

  17. Guys guys guys… I am sorry to say the Deck is being broken I have bought a slightly (only slightly) more modern car for my daily. I’m going to break the Deck down most of the way then use it for a production car at my local race track. I have had some early interest on the full Vti-S kit… does anyone have any rough guide on what I should be asking for these? I know they’re sought after, but don’t want to get my pants pulled down over them, nor to I want to value them too high haha!! rough condition, split on front lip, in general not too bad… pics attached
