  1. Good to see some progress! Man I bet your itching to get your EG back
  2. Been a little busy then, looking good mate Can't you get another pipe to extend the air filter away from the rad hose?
  3. Mentally awesome looking Deck! I saw your ride on Facebook C5 page and I was like I didn't see it at Japfest, how did it not catch my eye..?! Oh well, looking forward to seeing what you do to it. Top work
  4. Thanks a lot mate, what you done to your M inspired me Ye I took the rear lights out too as it's only 4 nuts... 20 mins for all 4 lights or per light? Took me like half hour per light! I haven't had the time to do the front lights yet as I want to remove them too and I thought it was a right pain applying the fly kit coz it keeps kinking, even though I used a heat gun. Lets hope I don't c^ck up doing the headlights
  5. Wow... And I thought my twin JBL 12's were proper subs... Those things are going to seriously kick! I am only using a single 12" JBL sub in my car now, running off a JBL 600w amp (250 rms) and that literally shakes the boot like crazy! So I wonder what are those 2 beauties going to do to your car
  6. Good to see you too Mr Brown, you look shocked when you realise who I was I just realised I haven't showed my face on this site yet! I hope I can meet everyone else, not just at Japfest but at mini meet/events. I am defiantly going Japfest2 and my Civic should be something else by then
  7. You have to remove the center console/dash to remove the center plastic trims if you want to respray them or swap them for MGZS 120/140 trims. Sounds like a pain but it's actually easy enough...
  8. Cheers mate! Was a b!tch to apply the to the lights. Its going to be a mission doing the headlights...
  9. What a fantastic day at Japfest! Good to see some of the Civic5 members and drooling over everyone MB's... don't worry I cleaned it off Even though the weather wasn't great but it was still a good atmosphere, and the only downside was obviously I couldn't bring my car along (Gearbox is now in bits) But to cheer her up I got a couple things! Fly eye kit for all the lights (front, rear and side repeaters) and a sticker... I have only done the rear lights but all the others should be done as soon as I put the gearbox back together... Thanks for looking chaps!
  10. No prob's bud... I met Mr Brown and few others. I went to take my DSLR camera back to my olemans car and I couldn't get back to the C5 group, because it was sooo packed out Was a awesome day though and I'm defiantly going again, in my car this time
  11. Very nice MB4 at Fest mate! You done fantastic work on the grill I only got one picture of your Civic because I had the wrong lense on my camera...
  12. I cannot believe I saw one my favorite MB6's at the fest. I took a closer look at your custom made lights. Fantastic work bud I thought I upload a couple pics of your Civic if you don't mind
  13. I only got one good picture of your Civic Mr Brown as I had the wrong lens on my camera Good seeing you at the fest mate and I was loving all the M's... It was so packed I didn't bother walking back up to the C5 group
  14. Up at 5 in the morning to go on a 3 hour drive to Fest! See you guys there!
  15. yeah they seem to forget about the domani, which was launched in 1992, as the MA4/5/6/7, and then it was rehashed in to a hatchback for the european model (as honda thought a hatch would be a better seller) which was launched in 1995 and the rover 400's were launched in late 95/early 96 and the rover 400/416 auto used a honda D16Y3 engine... and one thing that make me chuckle, is "get a proper honda" yet when it come's to engine conversion's, the civic vti mb6/mc2 (which arn't proper honda's) seem's to be a popular vehicle to have the engine out of it..... Haha well said... I don't know much about Domani's and I certainly didn't know they were also known as the MA! Just thought they both look very simular So it does make sense if I put JDM badges all over my MB3, right?
  16. Awesome! JDM light mod is my favorite
  17. Cheers Nick & Jake! I have to open up the box first and find what needs replacing. But I think it's the input shaft bearings are knackered. Hopefully it isn't the layshaft
  18. I love how pirates black brightens up into a deep beauty purple Nice work, can't wait to see it at Fest
  19. Lowering her is my priority right now
  20. I have noticed there are a few dis-respectful people on that site... I started a thread and post some pics of my MB3 when she was standard. Their comments were "sell it and buy a real Civic, its a oldmans car, its a Rover" and apparently I fail at life...
  21. Cheers! My car could do with a respray like yours haha. Is a bit rough on the passenger side which the pictures don't show...
  22. I have found the code! The original box is a P4A/B000 (Y4 tranny) and the gearbox in my car now is a P9A/B000. The B000 is the bearing size so they are interchangeable. Hope I don't f^ck up...
