So I went to Elan Valley and took some nice shots of the deck. What a beautiful place it is. Fell in love with it. Just one disappointment was the water level was low so no spillway action but may be next time. Hope you guys like the pics

Looks great, did you screw into the lip or is it just stuck on?
I put screws under it and then fill all gaps with super glue so it sticks nicely and then sprayed it after that

Haha . Try EZ lip instead lol

Loving the VTiS front lip mate, they totally change the look of the Civic M's at the front. Love the Rhino lip too, deffo makes it look more aggressive
Thanks @Dave. Definitely huge difference

I haven't updated the thread for a while. Quite a few updates to go through. I found a VTIS lip and mid Spoiler. First job VTIS lip.
Primered
Pirates Black baby
Lacquered
Vti Lip
No Lip
VTIS Lip
I have done a little twist to the VTIS lip. I got a rhino lip and fitted that on first and then sprayed it pirates Black. I think looks really nice as the front looks massive with it
Loving it

Welcome back mate. Looking forward to this build. Sounds like it will be awesome when finished

Just took this one to compare the difference between the two colours. Black definitely looks much more aggressive
All done. Love it

Next update. Got fed up of dirty white wheels all the time so I decided to do something different with them. So I got a couple of cans of Pirates Black from my local paint shop and the results were amazing
Centre caps colour coded
This time I decided to go slightly different for the stickers so I ordered chrome gold H stickers. These are much brighter than normal ones and look really nice
Go perfect with the gold calipers
Look at that flip

Not really I mentioned it because I spotted the induction kit... It's just that it's an extra bit of gubbins that's not needed anymore .
I suppose taking it out might make a path for air to come into the engine bay, but likely to be such a small effect.
Makes sense. I will rip it out next time the bumper is off

Liking the mods mate! I like the dechromed headlights, if a set came up near to me I'd go for them. And of course look good on the black. Yellow lights too. Looks cool.
Thanks mate. There is a guide here on the forum. They are not too difficult to do. You just need a good sealant to seal them back properly.

Nice job
Should've whipped out the resonator box while you had the bumper out
I thought about it mate but then I thought there is an induction kit and the pipe isn't connected anyways to it. Do you think it would still make some difference?

Looks so clean! The dechromed headlights always go well on pirates black, looks sweet! And nice one on the MOT, she's in great health!
Ps: we need to see this over on Future Classic Cars!
Thanks mate. Yes I wish they had put de chromed headlights as standard on VTI and VTIS as standard like the Accord Type R. Look thousand times better than chrome. I will definitely have a look at the other forum

Next I found some de-chromed headlights from a breaker not far from me. I had to get them. Old ones out
New ones in. Look so much better with these. Wish I could get projectors for a decent price as I would love to have a set
Like I said before I tinted the side lights yellow to match the fogs

I had the mot done. Only advisory was cv joints on both sides so had them replaced.
Went to a local car meet after that. There was one other VTIS there but I couldn't park with it to take a picture.
