I live in Spain & the bureaucracy tends to be er Spanish.Want to put 17 in wheels on your civic? this means a "project" an engineers report , recalibrated speedo etc. so my Civic needs a new Cat & Lambda probe & im struggling to find one thats obd & stock looking.anything obviously unusual will attract suspicion.Has anyone replaced a Cat on a D16Y3? how did it go with the MOT?
