weetec
hello chaps, is changing the front lower wishbone bushes a big job? ideally i would like to try to change all 3 my-self as some of the quotes to do the work are not reasonable. ( £15 a bush ) i have some general tools such as sockets and a heavy duty vice. is it awkward or best left to a professional. any help preferred. vti_786
i think it is more economical to change the whole wishbone.would be easier to change and should be overall cheaper to buyhttp://cgi.ebay.co.uk/HONDA-CIVIC-ROVER ... 45e9ae7787

civicturbo79
Getting the old bushes outis the hardest part , heat is the key , but need a gas lamp for that really , and then press for hammer them out . and refit them the same way . Rich.
weetec
i have just ordered this kit on flee-bay. there the only kit guaranteed to fit MBs.they come as 2 piece bushes, so they should be easier to fit, let you know the outcome once they are fitted, cheers rich for the advice...well appreciated.
