Changing rear speakers

Has anyoone done this?

I have found out mine are kaputt (hence why the previous owner had parcel shelf 6x9s.

I am going to replace the original rears with some new speakers, but holy s**t! the bolts holding them in are tight. So tight I cant undo them and the head is getting chewed.

I have ordered some speakers today, but will need to get the old ones out to fit them.

Any tips? I am thinking some penetrating fluid, and possibly try and turn them using some grips from underneath to get them moving.
