Re: Scotts Celica Gen 7 VVTL-I 190 NEW SHOES ON!!!!!!!

Recommended Posts

waiting for her new rims :):):):):):):):):):):)

so I found that a couple of the rims were flatspotted and caused a vibration at motorway speeds. ordered a set of wolfrace asia tec jdm's, 18's!!!

gona be dangerously low pro on 225 35's but shouldnt affect the ride hight very much at all.

hope theyre not too hard to ride on

Is that a personal plate mate?

unfortunately not! my reg is very similar to what is shown but I changed it to hide my real reg no.

rims should be with me tomorrow. changed the tyre size to 215 40 18.

another picture of the rims as the last one didnt do them justice!!!

Oh yes Scott! That's more like it. Front lip and a small drop would go well me thinks!

yes mate proper lovin them rims, made the old ones look like absolutely s**te. yeah could probly do with about 30mm lower at most but believe it or not she already only just clears the ramp up into my mates garage. I've already got the front lip on it but would like a TRD bumper. theyve got a bigger grille in the bottom and also the bit with the toyota log is blank and a bit more elongated. Then I can put the number plate in the lower grill and remove the brick from where it is now.

I didnt think i would like them until you fitted them :D Not sure on the centre caps, but that's easy to fix if need be.

Thanks for all the comments guys, and yeah the centre caps are a bit too bling. Think something a bit flatter and more discrete/plain would look better, would make the centre of the wheel appear more indented.

I'm sure you can just swap them for something else, flatter would be better like you said.
