Yes it's fine but after replacing 2 upper wishbones which keep getting stuck I am puzzled...

Hi folks... Wondering if someone can help me as going mad here... I have a 1999 civic 5 door. It has had 2 replacement right side upper front suspension arms. One patern, the other genuine honda - done at 2 separate garages. After driving for a short distance the arm becomes stuck when going over a bump and the front suspension drops to a lower position and stays there...obviously not safe and can't been driven. Any ideas please?
