  1. Morning all,

Long time lurker here looking for some advice. I was driving to work this morning and noticed the gears were becoming increasingly difficult to select. What's the average cost of replacing a clutch? Car is a Vti s aerodeck. Thanks for any advice :D:D:D

    Cheers

    Dave

  2. Not sure if anyone interested in this but just doing my normal browse through eBay and found it for sale for £1500 looks nice and clean. Hope I haven't broken any rules by doing this just thought I'd let you guys know

    Cheers

    Dave

Ps it's not mine by the way, going to keep mine forever ;-)

  3. Liking the de wipered rear, something I've toyed with doing on mine. Have you put anything on it like rain x. Keep up the good work Bud, lovely looking deck :-)

I put a VW power window interior rubber that i' ve got from a friend that works at glasses car shop. It's a double rubber it seal's from the outside amd from the inside.

    I ' m sorry about my english.

Will bear that in mind, I was just looking at putting a rubber grommet in it to seal the hole. What I meant though was have you put something on the rear screen for when it's raining so you can still see out of rear window :-)

  4. I suffer the same problem with mine, having had the lights out there isn't a gasket on mine but the only hole into the boot is for the wiring to pass through and it's fitted with a rubber bung to prevent water getting in. Also had all the boot panels out taped up the vents on side siliconed and taped over rubber bungs in boot floor and water still gets in. All I've done is drill small holes in the side panel floor once the boot was stripped out and also a few small holes in wheel well in the lowest points to prevent water collecting. Just make sure you paint the holes to prevent rust. Sorry I can't give you the exact answer as to where it's getting in but hope this might be of some help. :)
