It's only done it since I changed gearbox on sat,would fitting a p72 ecu stop it as its not immobilised ecu?

I have a Honda civic mb6,when I drive it cuts all ignition power and the green key on dash flashes,the radio and lights still work but nothing else,no dash lights,tryed unlocking and locking the car but doesn't help,it's as if its on a time scale ,then it starts and can drive it,what's the problem anyone?

Me and my friend have a Honda civic 1.5 mb5 and have put all b18c4 engine and running gear,I am wondering can I use the b18c4 engine loom and also the b18c4 ecu.
