ive already checked the fuse , its 100% , thats why its so annoying

hi guys if anyone could help out it would be appreciated , the problem is my horn , it has stopped workin again , last year same thing happened so i replaced the slip ring in behind the wheel , and all was workin well , now i was just wondering if this is a common fault , and if it is , is there an alternative ? any feedback would be appreciated
