need the stem seals doing so i picked up a c4 head for 20 bucks in good shape (!) , thought it would make life easier , thing is it seems a shame not to do somethig else while i have a spare head to work on ! .. am looking to get a set of intergra r cams , know i`ll need a p72 to get the most out of them but what else ? valves are ok on the new head , do i need to change the springs ? anything else i need to know would be a huge help
