So after the bottom end giving up on the car I came close to breaking it but seeing it everyday sitting outside the house I decided to keep it. I've managed to get myself a b18c4 bottom so should be back up in running shortly

Thought that was you lol did you flash me in a fn2 type r?

So got round to fitting the d2's today and what a difference, after feeling the the difference in the d2's I would never put sleeves on standard shocks again and would just buy proper ones to begin with

Yes looking to keep it about the same as it is just now. Standard shocks on sleeves are far far far to bouncy lol really had to get stiffer ones, started feeling sea sick every time I go in car lol.Going to drop her on her back side? Or just subtle lows?
No idea how much diff the servo will make tbh .. It will technically create more of an assistance, so you should be able to press less for more brake i'd have thought?
I was hoping it would stiffing up the pedal, mines is to spongey atm

Yes mate there d2's. Need to give them a clean up as the car had been sitting for like 3 months. Will I feel a difference using the 1" mc and servo?

So lately I've not been doing much to the car as I've been abit busy but my mate was scrapping his mb6 so we got it stripped and I couldn't resist and had to buy a few bits and bobs.
Got the rev counter so I now have 9500 instead of 8000. Got a shift light coming in at 8500 so now I feel safe taking it to the shift point.
Still got to the get the c4 bottom end with the integra pistons so looking forward to getting that and slapping it in the car
-
Thanks mate much appreciated. No the ek loom was completely different, had to use an integra loom and swap a few wires around.Wow crazy awesome build man, real inspiration!
Quick question - Did the B series engine loom connect to your dash loom or did you have to do something fancy?
Thanks man, and keep up the good work.
Next time there's meet give me a shout would love to come along

Welcome mate. Seen you MA9 going about a few times, but I've always been in the TypeS gt so you wouldnt have seen me. I'm up your way alot, work nearby and my besty mate also lives in your town. I've seen that mb6 going about a while back but had heard about the constant engine probs with it. Think it originally came from down my way? Looking forward to seeing your civic bud, nice to see the Pre facelift ones getting modded.
I'm using Ruby (the MB6) full time just now, so am up your way going to work most weekends now. Same colour as your mates, white speedline chrono alloys on her, lowered etc. Cant miss her! lol
I'll get something arranged when we get back from Japfest. We usually do a memorial run every August to St Marys loch (see videos on you tube) for my wife who was a member here too, so that will probably be happening either just before JF2 or just after it. be good to see ya there.
Thanks buddy aww I see well ill be looking out for your mb from now on lol. Where abouts do you work?. My mates mb6 has never had any engine problems for as long as he's owned it, he got it from guy who lives in Woodburn just over a year and a half ago. Perfect mate well let me know ill definitely be there

One of the nicest mb's I've seen well deserved congrats

Wow what a transformation! Seeing the Venoms took me back to the 90's but i guess they looked alright as the wheels were out the same time as the car!
Looks like you have put a lot of hard work in
Oh and your video shows as being private so cant watch it
Cheerz mate. I didn't like the venoms but they didn't really bother me that much as the black wheels went with the black bumpers haha. You can say that again lol it was the story of my life at one point. That's the video been set to private so you should be able to see it now

Well happy days the motors back up and running, fired first turn . Don't hink it changes until the pistons get changed. I did plan to put the b16a pistons in as there slightly higher compression but I could see heat stress on the side of the pistons so just kept the c4 ones in
