Decks looks better for my taste, but they didnt came in vti versions in spain, just the 1.5 and the diesel boooo
-
Yes Krzys i made them with the help of a friend that made ones before, these were kind of easy to open and close. Bad thing is i have to take them off EVERY year just to pass spanish MOT (and the ballasts, wirings, and the decat too)
-
Yeah i saw that one of your bulbs almost catched fire, but mine are h1, and all h1 xenon kits looks the same cheap s**t lol, same ballasts with different stickers. ive been looking to spend more money on a decent kit, but they all look the same... Will look for some d2s or d2r projectors next year.

Well, after the summer, without much updates to the car, i feel like at least i should post some photos. I hope to save some money now that the summer has gone so i can do some things to it! here with some german friends: M3 e36 and a 325i e30 Sunny mode Close up of the headlights Im very happy with the projectors, but not that happy with the xenon kit, but thats what happens when you buy cheap china stuff, broke 2 ballasts and 1 bulb in like 3months of use lol. Apart from that, car runs great, it just needs a polybush kit wich will happen sooner or later!

MB1 Project (updated 18/11/14) - DC2 Steering wheel
fishy replied to sparco's topic in Honda Civic MA/MB/MC
Quite beautiful that Mb mate!! As Tom says theres always something to fix or improve. Take a look for suspensions, maybe better brakes, hondas are like a big lego game hahaha! P:d: didnt read the mod list in the first post, whoa! nevermind what i said then! -
Thanks!! Im glad u guys like it, now it needs some lows to complete the devil looks lol!
-
Whoa!! Haven´t updated this in a while lol. Lots of things happend to mb6 in this time but, mostly were maintenance ones: -All belts, even cam belt -Valve adjusment -New kit of headgasket seals (it was leaking oil outside, and in to the sparkplugs too) -Left lower engine mount (was completely destroyed), this solved some of the handling issues of the car too And the rear lower control arms bushings were completely destroyed also, and were changed too, resulting in a driveable car at least!!!!! Now it doesnt want to kill me in almost every corner hahaha Also a friend gave to me two front 2 piston calipers off a honda legend, wich happens to be a perfect fit!!! It even uses the same brake pads!! Some test fitting: They need some cleaning, and im waiting to buy new brake fluid and brake pads to install them. aaaaaaaaaaanddd, here´s the big mod! Bixenon Projectors, with angel eyes and red led inside, i think they look amazing. I have to say, dynochips inspired me with his amazing headlights !!! Some more headlight pr0n for you mates: Spanish shed-made-in-5-minutes oven with a heat gun blowing air inside lol Hope you like them, ill have more photos when i get the xenon kit, and solve some wiring for the angel eyes. Also if anyone is interested i could make a little how to, with how we made them!

Ill take a look for a fuse of the alarm or something, i know that the alarm ecu, its in the boot, in the right side. Maybe, the hammer technique works!!!!!! hahaha
-
Its not clever at all, in fact, this summer, someone had the luck to discover that, and stole some minor things from the car, sunglasses, phone charger and the air freshener wtf hahaha. So, has the alarm a fuse? or anyway to deactivate it? or should i tie it to a tree and use the vtec to rip it off? hahaha Ill make a video of all these weird things, if someone wants to see it let me know, ill pm it!
-
i have searched but looks like no one has had the weird problems i´ve been having with the stock alarm of my mb6 I have the remote fob, wich opens and closes all doors, but, just sometimes, the alarm activates, blinking three times the indicators, most of the time it doesnt activate, it just closes and opens. But, then if you try to open the driver doors handle, the alarm deactivates itself, and opens all doors!! WTF!? Then you use the remote to close it, in that case the alarm doesnt activate after 15 or 20 open-close loops, maybe it takes a week or so. Also theres another thing that makes me crazy about the drivers door, if you insert any metal, like a paperclip, or ANY key into the keyhole, the car opens!!! Whaaat?? I have dismantled that door, to take a look at the inside to see if there is some derivation to the chassis or something, but there is nothing wrong at first sight. Has anyone had any problems like this with the stock alarm? P.s: sorry about my english, if theres any part badly written please tell me, and ill try to explain better!

At least got the front bumper and right wing repainted, and both headlights polished and lacquered : She looks happy now haha. Now im waiting for other headlights, for converting them to bixenon, with black interior, and then i will de-chrome the front grill finally!

Wooho!! looks like she likes her new 10w40 oil, after all the weekeend vtec´ing in the circuit and roads, it hasnt drinked any oil!! And it sounds smoother now, it had a lot of strange noises when idling, and when retaining at high rpms. Here´s a video of the fun we had in the circuit: aaand some photos: 4x4 mode in this one!! hahahah Merry Christmas for all!!!!!!
-
It is a lot of fun indeed, as my old 85hp Transit can tell:
-
I hope the new oil helps. Anyway sunday its a open doors day, you can enter with another 50cars and 1 big a*s hummer h1 in the front at 20mph. So its more cruising than racing hahaha. But theres the possibility to go slower to make some room to give it some vteccccc hehehe. Ill post some videos!!

Nice, thanks for the tips guys! Everything is ready for an oil and filters change tomorrow, also im gonna change the coolant, because it doesnt look healthy. And maybe sparkplugs. Here`s part of the fun kit for tomorrow: And on sunday, back to the Jerez Circuit for some fun!!! Next in the list is a valve adjusment, and new valve cover gasket and sparkplug seals (its getting some oil thru there)
