I can't wait to get it! Will be good fun with the new knob!
-
I'm meaning a Funky Power N1 Replica! Not a Spoon one, that's a horrendous thing to do to a Spoon!
-
I'm going to get a Sportex 2.5 rolled tip Back box for an MG ZS for my system! unless somewhere would actually modify the Funky Power N1 for me!
-
Purchased a new gearknob (Gold aluminium) and yellow headight tint! £10 well spent!
-
haha It made me laugh so it's not so bad! Cheers, started new job lastweek, first pay is the end of a working month so a few weeks away I'll be spending £300 odd to get started! Going to just get lowering springs to get it low, before coilovers as I still need to figure everything out in that department!

Don't know the username of the owner but I think his car looks pretty sick with the arch/alloy combo! will deffo get a set, adds to the motorsport style I love!

Well that was a random chat.. been back to the drawing board after seeing what someone on here posted and I am thinking about getting a set of universal wheel arches and wheel spacers after I get my XXRs! http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/UNIVERSAL-WIDE-ARCHES-FENDERS-BODY-KIT-DRIFT-HONDA-NISSAN-SLIM-LINE/261201272824?_trksid=p2045573.c100033.m2042&_trkparms=aid%3D111000%26algo%3DREC.RVI%26ao%3D1%26asc%3D20205%26meid%3D5137158050118357024%26pid%3D100033%26prg%3D9064%26rk%3D0%26rkt%3D4%26sd%3D261201272824 Looks bad a*s on an MB!
-
Smashing! Cheers!
-
Would an aftermarket backbox for an MG ZS fit an MB? e.g. http://sportexexhausts.com/Performance-Back-Box-Exhaust-BR66/cat/8/sub/90/subsub/0/product/212
-
Where about is CAS man? I want a Spoon N1 rep for my MB4 and RJM Performance in Fife said that they tend not to modify exhausts, but would CAS do it for me! I really really love the look and sound of the rolled tip N1 exhaust and cannot afford the price of the cat back system they quoted me! cheers!
-
Cheers Nick!
-
Can't find anywhere that sells high temperature gold paint, any suggestions? Need to get my Valve cover painted asap!
-
Smashing! Cheers guys, Will hit up RJM when the time comes for an exhaust then, ceebs with the hassle of modifying the N1 system!
-
They're lovely but I love the MB because it's different! Especially down in my area were it's EK hatches and VeeDubs! Ah, I see, I was looking at a blue SE with the same engine before I got this one!
-
Got your PM man, I'm messaged you back!
-
Does anyone have an idea of how much a custom Powerflow cat back would be with their 3" outward rolled tip pipe..?
-
I know, bargain! Although the range for lowering and adjustability is limited! I think I'll probably get them, I want a decent branded kit for my project (track car lol)
-
That looks bad a*s sir! I'll be getting on with it this weekend I think!
-
Yours might be the 110bhp one that's found in EP2s maybe? I'm planning on having something with a D16y7 or z6 in the next year or so, so it doesn't matter too much! I wanted an EK3 Saloon :/ all too expensive for me though! Looks bad a*s, I'm hoping it'll look really good once it's wound down about 45-50mm on those XXRs!
-
Flat bronze for sure! Thought the gold would to Subaru!
-
These are the XXR 527 Alloys that I want, 15 x 8.25J for £380!The flat bronze ones or the actual gold ones? Bearing in mind the colour scheme is gold/green, I love the flat bronze and it's a lot different from just having gold alloys!
-
Is your engine a D16W3? Mines says in the engine bay that it is and according to what I've read online it's a non-vtec, although it's extremely revvy! It's not much different from my mates EK3 D15b VTEC to be honest! I'm definitely doing it, got to take my girlfriend and her pal to Edinburgh on Saturday and pick them up on Sunday so will have to start stripping next week! Will post pictures as I go along! Need money for coilovers and alloys first though!

Would an EK Funky Power N1 Catback fit my MB4?
sambobuchanan replied to sambobuchanan's topic in Engine & Chassis
Mmm, I see what you mean, but I like the style of the N1, and it sounds good too! I'll look into it at a later date! -
They're so nice, I'm wanting to track my car so looking for a set of OEM Recaro's from a Type R!

Would an EK Funky Power N1 Catback fit my MB4?

Mmmm, maybe, but even if they are could an exhaust specialist not just modify it to fit, my removing and re-welding the hangers into the required places?
