hi folks, i've just bought a '99 5 door fitted with a b18 c4 (originally a d14) however the brake pedal is odd, when pressed it only goes down a certain amount and stops but the brakes work ok (however not well enough for an emergency stop) however if you give the pedal a proper boot it goes past this certain amount with a noise similar to snapping plastic and then locks all wheels and then the breaks are fantastic any ideas what this might be caused by? thanks - fraser21
