s88hon
2.1 Litre is the most you can get.. but you need to have the block resleeved, to accomodate 85mm pistons. But thats really borderline with sealing from a headgasket. Youre better off buying a B20 bottom end, I wouldnt bore too much off a standard B18C4 bottom end.. civicturbo79
Im sure 85mm is the biggest bore you can have on a b18 , that would make it just over a 2.0 l ,but you are making the linning weaker .
s88hon
Proper weak mate.. Some dude went against what I told him, and the liner popped running it in! If you are running stock sleeves, I recommend stock pistons.. nothing fancy.. If you wanna go balls out, get the bottom end sleeved and 84mm is the most common..All at a price though...By the time youre faffing around with engineering work etc, just get a Rev hard turbo kit and run 6-7 psi, get it mapped properly and you'll have a 'fast' mb
