It's such an important part of the car I'd rather save up a bit longer and get some proper coilovers or keep the stock ones. You could have a quick win with cheap eBay coilovers but in the long run it will probably only cost more as they need replacing sooner, not to mention the bad comfort/handling and the danger of them failing on you while you're driving along at motorway speeds.I think the best cheapish solution that is decent would be koni sports shock absorbers with springs.
