johngreen537
I wouldn't have thought you'd get that much gain to be honest mate!S80 box is your best bet for instant results!

johngreen537
lol, if you want slower acceleration...They are / can be better if you have a whacking great turbo kit, but on a NA build, shorter gears just maximise the relatively low torque of the B series engines! HONDACIVIC
right okay but wount the itr cams values and retainers make any difference at all on mb6
johngreen537
Tiny ammount yes, but probably nothing you'd notice on a road.ITR heads are not a great deal of use without the bottom end / higher compression pistons also.Don't get me wrong, you'll get some gains, but wouldn't expect a great ammount. HONDACIVIC
what about other brands like skunk2 and blox would their cams be any good
civicturbo79
You will not get much out of the cams without a map to change the fueling to get the most from the cams . Rich.
johngreen537
As Rich says. Also, before you go down the heavy modding route, worthwhile going on dyno power run anyway! Both me and Knight found out that our cars were down on power to what they should be, quick run on the dyno, few tweaks, and back to normal! Both of us reclaimed 20ish BHP in less than an hour and for £30!I've never done a dyno run 'just to see' before, glad I did! Mine turned out to be a sh*t filter, Knights was sticky IAB.So, before doing anything, can't recommend enough checking your original power is really there!Especially if you close to Rich's place!!!!
