Hop78 Posted September 14, 2013 Share Posted September 14, 2013 ive just swapped out my d14z4 and fitted d16y2, the problem i am having is the injector closest to the air filter is gushing out and the other 3 injectors pulse as they should, tried fitting the ecu from the d14 and the injectors operate correctly. i presumed it must of the been a duff ecu that came with the engine, so i bought a p28 and the problem is still there. Tried swapping the injectors around and it doesnt make any difference. the problem stays where it is and doesnt follow the injector. The engine is obd2a and is converted with an ecu harness to obd1 at the ecu, Is there any wiring that needs changed for the injectors? this has already resulted in the head and the sump getting filled with fuel and choked the exhaust and cat up. 1 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
