I knew that the front near side ball joint would need replaced soon, and sadly the MoT has forced me to get it replaced. Not a big job I though and i'd do it today. Having ordered and picked up the joint, i got home and looked at the Haynes manual....only to see it says that the upper ball joint can't be removed and the whole upper control arm.
