in your fuse box ( under right hand of steering wheel )  there are 2  fuses for the petrol pump on the diagram, 1 is blanked off . take the blank out and put a fuse in, I had same shock but it worked for me     it worked fine up until then.

try and put a fuse in the blank one that's there for the petrol pump( fuse box) , same thing happened to me and it worked ( pot look for me maybe) but saves a fortune

see if its a 2.25(1/4) or 2.50(1/2) inch  cos you will have to match to rest of system. itr 96 2.1/4 itr 98 1.1/2 . and 421 gives it more breathing top end.

did you get the wheels balanced as well or are they buckled? I have a set of dc2 wheels and 3 was mint till I got the tyres changed and that's when it hit the fan :( when the new weights went on it all went tits up and have took them off for now. check front anti roll bar joints or wheel bearings as well. and might have rear engine mount for you as well,(will look and find out).

I have the same but mc2 ( mph and 9500 ) . do yours turn green? (mine has switch 4 as well as a dimmer )  as well as blue. makes the dash glow and the journey more fun

I went to the Honda dealers near old Trafford m/c and they ordered it from Germany ( I know sounds mad ) 2 days later went back and collected .

top end of 2nd gear in my mc2 (70ish bouncing )          but do just under 4.5k at 80ish ( before 2nd vtec  so petrol needle don't move much haha).

just unbolt the door off the car and the electrics unplug under the drivers sides seatbelts so you don't have to strip doors .

i have light on in my mc2 and if on, it wont start if parked on the left hand kerb until you push it off      . don't run light and low fuel

thanks for the replys , I like the 2 stage vtec of the b18c4     and did like the response of the blox  but the engine wasn't built proper so didn't see benefits cos it blew oil every where after 4000 rpm.it was good for 120 all the way down the m61 but it used 3 liters of oil in the process      .

is it best to keep the standard inlet ( 2 stage  vtec     haha ) or go for a blox one    .  have a mongoose d-cat mb6* on an mc2 ( back box is smaller*) and cold air filter .                                                    

[Brake Master Cylinder]

you only need to the master cylinder if your hand brake locks on one side or pulls to one side when braking hard. ( £150 Honda dealer) . have gone the same way as you , then found it was the m/c   :oops:

so where is the best place to get a ecu from?? and the best place to map it..?

in banzai last year at a scottish meet?? there was a ek? 1.4 with a dc5 front end grafted on by a firm up Scotland ,will try find the mag and the details..

vtis aerodecks do not have them on as standard, don't know why honda done it???? had 2 and vti vrooms aint got one either. where as the "r" reg silver ones had all the kit and the boot spoiler as well.

might be the master cylinder ( if pulls to one  side on heavy braking or if your hand brake only locks on one side) . £155 from Honda oldTrafford m/c.

the number on the inside of dizzy ( when took off) is D3179 hope it helps.

 my vtis got rear ended and it was the wheel in the well that save more of the impact, cos had to let the wheel down to get out ( still had colour marks in it and thought was good ), it didn't like 90ish for an hour and a half and egged and nearly popped ( ask vtivroom haha.) what trying to say is if that lpg was in my well I would 3 blown cars and the front of a school out.
