  2. Hey im back again, school almost done so i have time to work and make and spend money For some last months some upgrades... New injectors, change 550cc > 850cc for better duty cycle and E85 compatible New fuel pump > Walbro 255 lph should be enough for some time Accord type R calipers at home, now on rebuild process EBC installed and seems works flawlessy, but found some problem with ecu tuning, ignition isnt set at high rpm with increase boost :/ Cos at higher rpm max 0,43 bar onlyyyy ! One bad thing found at my clutch, when it get hot it slips, so need Competion Clutch stage 5 asap. And... old wheels sold ( TD Pro race 15" ) and now with bigger calipers and brakes ( 300x28mm ) i need to change my wheel size How does look like MB6 with 16" rims and 17" rims ? Dont want to "kill the power" and still lookin for excelent comfort Lookin for some decent sleeper style wheels
  3. Some news today. Third time oil pan gasket change = success ! No more applied silicone on it and PCV system change helps too. Yesterday i tested it for about 20miles and everything seems to be allright Now is time to install the EBC so i can try to boost little more
  4. New intake pipe Founded some mistake at PCV valve, so i changed it for fullthrough one. Anyway Victor Reinz oil pan gasket vol.2 ended the same like first one, destroyed. The oil must hate me, first time was used for only 80miles, second time only for 4 miles ( from home to gas pump and back ) ... I'll change it after everything is ok, because im not bilionare to change oil every 50 miles More pictures coming
  5. Ohhh... I am ashamed i forget to write news ! There is a "lot" of work on it New BOV for better response, new air intake tube, thermal wrap on headers and downpipe, more "sleeper" style, new air filter, distributor remake, jamex springs installed ... EBC on customs But some bad things, after few miles in this season the turbo gasket fly away , ... After replacment i tried to stop oil leak from pan, but result after 10 miles? .... Btw... hard work on it Sorry for photo quality, my microSD was confisticated by GF Another photos will be added ... The wheels will be for sale, after i get some money together i'll swap for 5x114 There is so little ATR callipers around for normal price Better for traction, possibility to get bigger brakes ( 300x28 from ATR ) and a looooooooooooooot of wheels to choose ! Im goin for stock EP3 wheels with color ( again dont know which one ... ) Im not 100% resolved for EP3 wheels, but the money will talk. Need to work hard, czech Honda meeting 2013 in almost 3 weeks so must be prepared !   7. japandrift : tank pump is stock, cos my tuner told me, stock pump gas is enought for what i want. Hes got stock pump in his D16Z6 with about 350bhp.   8. Im lookin for new Ebc(boost controller) and thinkin, about which one to choose. Found a few on ebay , looks good and my uncle google helps me with some reviews ( some good and some bad ). First or second .. Does anyone experience with it? I dont want spend 300+£ for ebc. Happy new year to all

  10. Here's a little update Tuned back for clasic gasoline, 550cc injectors wasnt enought for e85 Anyway, AFR in boost 11,8-12,3 for safe boost. It is going to be fun,... First video, stock WG setting- WG > Compressor housing. Before vtec and full boost - 0,45bar > more RPM > redline 0,2bar jQaADmZPeuc - acceleration on 3rd and 4th gear. Second video, WG > after throttle plate ( for test ). Before vtec and full boost - 0,5 bar > redline 0,4bar. 4jaTGakOJu4 - from 1st to 5th gear. Need to buy some EBC so i can controll my boost perfectly and wont lost boost in vtecs rpms.
  11. Woohoo ! It runs very good Tested today around 0,4bar ... but something bad, while i was movin from parking place the Check light went on and error was number 74 - random misfire on cylinder 4. Error deleted and car runnin fine until around 5000rpm it lost power and Check light went again on. Otherway now it was without any error. Has anyone experience with this error?

  13. Goin for 280 hp max atm F1 stage 2/3 max, goin to test the setup. If everything is gonna be ok, ill build a b20 vtec with much more power ( 400+++ ) and this will be my DD.

Supercharger kit - 1000-1600€ for used ( 2 years ago ) XXX My project : Supercharger - 200€, IC - 80€, Pipes + Hoses - 120€, Injectors - 150€, Timing belt + Water pump + Cometic gasket - 170€, Ferrea Valves - 250€, Supercharger holder - 30€ and ECU Tuning - 100€ So i spend 1100€ for a Supercharger with everything is needed, its more effective and cooled (more safety).. James : i know, is not a rocket.. im pushin only 0,4bar
  16. Pulley is now 58mm... 6,2PSI before VTEC, 5,7PSI VTEC, aslo im runnin on E85 ( ethanol + 15% of gasoline ). Not too much, but as i want before the project starts h-2S-K-9CmQ One test I'll record more videos, so stay tuned And some shots ... But suddenly after a 350km ... Maybe pulley was off-axis, so it damaged also a pulley Its is again remaked and its 54mm Im goin to record my Bluetooth adapter, which comunicate with ECU...   17. During a winter, prepared some changes 4-2-1 Headers > 4-1 Headers. Exhaust New headers vs. supercharger before tension. Replaced oil pan gasket, prepared for another ECU tuning.... Before replace

  19. It was near last winter, when i remaked the pulley. I really wasnt happy with the result, 4PSI While i was reading a topic http://honda-tech.com/showthread.php?t=1214810&page=303 ... founded this link http://ftlracing.com/jrsc_pulley.htm. So i noticed, my BLOWER max rpm is 11900 ( max 6.9 PSI boost ). Anyway im runnin supercharger oposite side then it originaly does ( H counterclock, MB clockwise ). The effectivity of this charging is 90%. A bit of pressure is also lost in pipes and IC. New pulley 54mm diameter , so ratio is 1:1.75 Changed oil in blower 170ml of oil? Some pictures of blower
  20. Supercharger pulley was remaked, 92mm>72mm ... Ratio was 1:1,4 .. ye there was a difference 4PSI non VTEC , 2.7 PSI in VTEC .. not too much , but ... First track test Im in category with EVO's, STI's .. my main opponents are 350z's, M3's and TT's. 1/4 mile time before supercharger - 15,303 @ 140 km/h ( 87 Mph ) 1/4 mile time with supercharger (0,2bar) - 14,569 @ 159km/g ( 99Mph )
  21. So .. Supercharger is powered by pulley instead of A/C. Pulley at A/C is 102mm, first test with original supercharger pulley, which was 92mm First ECU tuning wasn't so successfull, 1.2 PSI out of VTEC, 0.3 PSI in VTEC 1) I was lookin, where should be the main problem, if piping isnt leakin'. 2) Pulley ratio is too low. ( 1:1.11 ) 1. Founded some microholes, repaired... without change 2. Net calculators... ye really DONT trust em !

  24. First of all, bought a supercharger from MB CLK 230 ( Eaton M62 with elecromagnetic clutch ). For a project, bought imporant things ... Injectors 550cc, IC, Cometic gasket, New timing belt, new water pump, ferrea valves, ARP head studs, ... And some susspension, earlier stock springs with KYB AGX, now BC BR series - highly recommend Get low ! Everything ready, let's start ... Again together Stay tuned
