  1. I was thinking just that haha. My car barely does 260-320 miles on full tank
  2. Thanks guys That website looks useful. I have read at few places that the best and reasonable price mod you can do is replace the gearbox and clutch. You can reduce the 0-60 time by 1s. I am not sure how true that is. That website talks about S80 gearbox from integra Type R. Is that a good mod?
  3. Thanks Is it actually worth re-mapping the car without having done many mods? Like all the ones I mentioned in my first post. From what I have been reading, people say you loose the middle power by using skunk etc. unless you spend more money/time upgrading cams and other parts. I can easily see this getting from around £1k to £2k spending.
  4. I am not sure yet. I want something that is not too much of a hassle to fit. Something that is probably made for b18c4.
  5. Any suggestions to which one is the best, considering all the mods I have done and going to change intake manifold and throttle body?
  6. Hi all I am thinking of buying a good intake manifold for my mb6. Currently I have changed the exhaust manifold, got a custom cat-back exhaust system and got a custom air intake. My question is I would like to get my car re-mapped once I have changed the intake manifold. Do I need to buy a new ecu? Or I can just use the standard ecu? Plus any other upgrades I should think about before getting my car remapped? Thanks
  7. Thanks for the help guys. I think I am going with Mtec
  8. More. Don't think I will find anything cheaper and better quality then this. But a bit more expensive can be good in the long run if there is a big difference in the quality.
  9. Thanks for your help guys Just want to look at some alternatives too before I make up my mind, are there any other brake discs that are better quality but more expensive?
  10. I was actually looking at MTec discs. I have not heard much about them so was wondering how good they were. I've got m-tec all round and my mate has them aswell! top quality even better if you get the black edition! X2 Yup. I was definitely gonna go with black edition if I get m-tec comes to £135 delivered for all 4 discs plus around £120 for all greenstuff pads

  12. Hi Guys Its finally time to buy some new discs for my 1.8 mb6 so I am going to upgrade them all ( front and rear) with new pads. I want something really good for fast road. I am not really a fan of EBC. Any suggestions, something that you have used and really liked?
  13. I was thinking of having flanges on the connector sleeve and then connect it to the one with cat or manifold. Do you think you need both flanges on either side of the connector sleeve to hold it securely or just one will do while other side is held with clamp on the connector? It would be much easier to get one side welded before attaching it.
  14. I think I have found all the parts I will need for the mod: Connector http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/220783509427? ... 26_rdc%3D1 This should hopefully let me connect 2.5" manifold with 2" standard cat. I have also found 2.5" and 2" Flanges 2.5" http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/220566379656? ... 26_rdc%3D1 2.0" http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/320491817365? ... 26_rdc%3D1 I am a bit confused about how I am going to mod the flanges. What is the best way to do this mod?
  15. Thanks for that. Good link To be able to connect the 2.5" to standard cat, I presume I am going to need 2.5 to 2" adapter right? standard cat is 2" ?
