  1. cheers guys for all your input, i will be looking at all these suggestions in more detail once the is towed to my mates yard until the ill be rolling in a HYUNDAI!!!!!!!!! if the problem cant be fixed or is deemed too expensive i will be considering breaking the car or selling is as a whole spares/repairs
  2. After much digging around the car I have come to the conclusion that the immobiliser is at fault, I am fount to have to take the car off the road and bust out spunky the spare car! I will be doing some research and seeing if it is viable and cost effective to fix, if not the car will be broken for parts : /

  13. So i thaught id better get some pics up of the old girl, shes a '99 mb3 and is almost standard i do have plans for her but only time and cash flow will see them come to fruition, i sold my landrover discovery just befors xmas, a six month labour of love, she had stood almost dormant for nearly two years and was baldy in need of some major TLC. after many many late nights about a km of welding wire and plenty of swearing, arguments and and head scratching she was finally road legal. but something never rang true about her i could never put my finger on ot tho so i decided to sell up and look for something slightly more economical. After about 15 hour of 'tinternet searching i happened across a small green civic, i called the boss for permission to buy her and have not looked back since. A fantastic little runner 1.5 vetec MB3 and here she is!! pics not brilliant the lens on my camera phone is mullered!!! fresh from the car wash but still a long way from perfect!!! she is a bit battered alond the doors but new ones will be had as soon as i find some good ones along with a new bonnet as money isnt brill at the mo all i have managed to fit so far is the induction kit (japspeed) and a temporary backbox (FLEABAY) and a few choice stickers!!!!! and the obligotairy bass!!!! and yes i do need to tidy the wiring a bit!!!
  14. Just a thaught, my wadding collapsed out of my back box and blocked the exhaust, this forced air to be forced out at any point it could escape and severely reduced performance, an offshoot of this was a screaming noise from my induction kit as the engine struggled to breathe, it made an aweful screaming/whezing noise until I got home and hooked all the gubbins out from the tail pipe!
  15. yeah the bushes, but probably upgarde the lot if the bank of wifeland will allow me to!!!! wheres the best place to find hardrace stuff??? cheers Andy
