  1. Jeeesus   You weren't joking when you said it wasent quite up to scratch where you dude.

At least your getting piece of mind with everything being done mate it will be worth it when everything is done.

Totally true about low miles its only half the story - when I got mine it had less than 60K has all service history and receipts and was specifically told brake lines had been done - Few month later they all blew on me   Just waiting to see whats next lol

All the best with the car dude hopefully when you get it back you can enjoy it for a while before starting something else on it.

  2. I have tried with other car forums in the past and most are either run by or full of obnoxious d**k heads.

This site is awesome no one seems to be up their own arse inlcuding the MODS and Civiclife is always a good read but im not very active on that compared to here :)

Sorry for venting but I am glad I am not the only one thinks things about forums lol

  3. Looks really nice mate, she comes up nice after a good slaving!! ;)

Least now you got peace of mind that you know brake lines are brand spanking new!!!

    Thanks Dude :)

Thats exactly it mate I was fuming before going away that my car had broke but upon getting them fixed it was complete piece of mind.

Could of been at least worse if the brakes died going into a corner at speed :P

  4. Not updated this for a bit - Cars brakes died a death before I went on holiday brake pipes broke all had to be replaced on my return from holiday :)

All sorted now though aiming to get cleaning at the weekend currently on the hunt for an exhaust system now as I have the funds to do so.

    Apart from that nothing new.

  5. EG Boss kit mate - Linked above

MOT Risk is apparently if your vehicle is fitted with an SRS steering wheel due to new rules when it goes for MOT it must have that wheel with the airbag to pass

That is solely what I have took from reading someone correct me if I am wrong :) It doesn't effect you to much if you have a friendly MOT tester xD

  6. I use to use the pressure washer on ma Subaru all the time with no issues but the idea of the WD40 seems not bad gona try Fyfie :)

Cheers Maz I think so to - Taking the trim off is easy as long as you take your time and don't rush if you do you will break a clip somewhere.

Taking trim off de-wipering and dismantling the reeces then putting back together all in all 2 hours that doesn't include waiting on the paint drying.
