They're ebay ones 45mm over fenders £70 i payed for all 4. Rear doors worked fine.

Yes i'm afraid the MB is no more, it come to the point where it was rusting out too much im afraid. hence why i didn't worry about cutting the arches out for over fenders. but just wanted to prove to people that any car has potential and can be made different yet still be cool. the car had a fairly big fan base surprisingly. we had fun. but RUST got the better of it.
-
Thankyou mate, it's certainly different. doubt i'll see another one like it

Haven't been on here in a while, so thought i'd do a little update. Ronda only gets used at weekends now so stuffs getting real. Wanted to wider wheels, and wider track. so bought myself some 16 x 8 ET0 wheels, wrapped them in some 194/45 - 215/45 then needed to widen the car somewhat so i cut the rust out of the arches and bolted on some fenders
-
that's not bad, i'm hoping to hit 200hp mark so should be interesting. thanks mate. i'm waiting until i think a decent set again now, but might teg swap it to 5 x 114.3
-
Update! bought myself a GSR head, with Double valve springs, new stem seals, valves reseated oh and ITR cams i will get 200hp out of this thing.

Ronda's visited NHR in Taunton, Somerset. again had a centre silencer added. it's now sitting at 95dlbs so still pretty close to most track limits, im hoping a new manifold will bring it down a tad more due it being cracked slightly so much nicer to drive now being quiet , no more droning at low rpm and can sit at 80 having a conversation haha my old HT leads were due a change , as i noticed they was on the car back when civic5 started also one kept popping off the dizzy cap :/ causing odd misfire at bad times. Lovely new NGK ones

Thankyou mate. yeah the tyre lettering i've done on a few of my cars in the past only when i've got decent tyres though lol. i was thinking of changing them but now ive done the tyres i like them again haha need spacing a little bit on the rear though i think.

haven't posted in a while, so thought i'd do a little update gave the car some loving this week during my week off new ball joint, and a full service! whilst doing the service i noticed my old plugs where fairly white, like its running lean, but it smells like its over fueling if anything... anyone had this ? also played about with the height abit more, as still isn't sat right. and bought some tyre pens so put them to use
-
Thanks man, yeah i did prefer the white, but i think i'm going to sell the wheels soon anyway as have my eye on another set haha. yeah i wasn't to keen on the ATR spoiler at first but it's grown on me alot.
-
thanks... haha not mine

found a few pics of my car at Japfest 2015 Today i thought i'd make the most of it being dry, and stripped the back end down to clean everything up. undersealed underneath cleaned up my Lca's , Beaks bar and BC's. looks loads better removed my ARB for the time being as bushes was worn out and squeaking

cheers lads, i had a set in my old EG but didn't get on with them being 5 door seats in a 3 door, but in the Ronda their awesome! so comfy and looks loads better than standard seats. still trying to source a passenger rail.
-
thanks they'll do whilst she's still being used daily then she will be full stripped and caged up thankyou my friend
-
got the Ronda some nice seats seen as was getting bored of the standard mb6 seats. was hoping i could use the original ATR rails, but they sat way to high for me. had 1 EG low rail in the garage so modified that to fit so much better just need a passenger one now. don't know if any companies make rails for mb6's?

thankyou very much haha yeah well i wanted something that was still clean but not a pain to keep clean. yeah i did love the white, but with the style of the wheels the brake dust was an issue that photo i posted of them with brake dust on was after one night! haha ah the man himself! glad to hear your liking it so far, its changed abit from when you had from what i've seen. she gets looked after don't worry about that going really well atm too. getting serviced on the weekend. and new ecu next week with launch control yes an absolute pain in the a*s! haha
-
long weekend thought id clean the civic up a bit. was starting to get fed up of cleaning the wheels then then that evening they'd be black again. so thought id go abit more of a darker colour that isn't going to show up brake dust as much. went for BMW Sparkling Grey. really happy with the outcome so much cleaner and not so in your face. i also fitted my JDM Password whales c**k and filter. so much better. lost a bit of bottom end but it revs revs and revs now doesn't struggle anymore.
-
Cheers mate , yeah i liked the white but was getting fed up of trying to keep them clean haha. so this weekend they've changed colour i will post bits up today.
-
thankyou mate, it was a gamble as wasn't sure if they'd suit the car but im happy with them and everyone seems to like them now there on yes alot better! and wrapped them in brand new michelins pilot sport 3's their amazing tyres! i haven't had the car loosing grip yet and i've tried haha.... best handling civic i've owned and i've had a few. thankyou mate, means alot! spent a whole day getting it to sit right haha, needs some camber arms though to pull the wheels out abit not a fan of camber with this look.

As promised photo's of the new wheels on!

I'll take a look at the wiring going into the ignition barrel tomorrow i think. oh really that's good to know must be ignition related i think for everything to cut out.
-
certainly not doesn't fill you with confidence when you want to overtake or enjoy a nice road
-
So, today on the way to work. i was halfway through overtaking when my car just cut out? rev counter, CD player, temp gauge everything. had to turn to car off and then start it again, luckily it does start back up. it's done this twice now and both times I've been overtaking around 8.2k revs. anyone had this issue before? I've asked a few people and seem to be pointing it at the ignition switch wiring issue? been about a month apart since the last time. can't be dizzy or anything like that as it wouldn't cause everything to cut out. i am a mechanic, checked all the earths etc. any info on this will be much appreciated as i'm planning on making this into a track car and don't want this to happen whilst out on the track.
-
thank you mate it's getting there slowly yeah i've got it set up bang on now, the photo's above were taken about a month ago. thanks for the info. i will post a picture up tomorrow evening mate, if you went to japfest you would of probably seen the car on the wheels

Fitted the BC's here's pics of them as the come out the back before i set them up to how i wanted them. passenger rear was almost tucking rim on 195 55 15 tyre. so spent a morning sorting out so it sat level all round. didn't bother too much on height as my new wheels arrived so its got to be adjusted again the next weekend. also picked up a blink panel mirror to see all them blind spots preview of the wheels! Genuine OZ Racing Wheels, Magnesium Rally Wheels 15 x 7.5J very light and strong. plus something abit different for a civic. bit of a gamble as had no idea what these where going to look like
