Nav Posted July 25, 2011 Share Posted July 25, 2011 I recently installed Energy Suspension Torque mount inserts, and I can really recommend them!A cheap mod, with direct result!Also have shifter bushings from Energy Suspension, an my gear lever now sits still.. before it was very wobbly..Just out of cruriosity, how dose changing torque mounts inserts help with the wobbly gear lever...Mine is very very wobbly even when in gear( its quite bad)....i tot is was somthing to do with the gear linkage bushes...sorry if i sound a bit daft... Unscrew the bolt by the block, save the inner metal bushing and put in in the Energy Suspension bushing, tap it into place and bolt it back together again. Then make your way to the lever, unschrew 2bolts, slide the rubber of and the Energy Suspension on, and bolt it al back together. That's all..edit: i could take out the old rubber with bare hands.
