steveolkinevel
Anyone kno why the standard ecu cannot be socketed or mapped and why it was made this way? Steve
civicturbo79
All the after mark chips are 28 pin or 32 pin rectangle chips. and the p9k ecu has a silly square chip which no one makes a re-wrightable chip like this or a burner to wright the chip . the mb6 should have had the p72 ecu but god nows why they made a new one off ecu for the mb6 with a coding chip inside for the keys. Which just makes it a pain in the a*s to map a mb6 . Rich.
