Hi my civic went through it's mot yesterday :-o , only my worry is that they gave me an advisory (Exhaust emits blue smoke during acceleration  ) now does that mean it's on it's way out ???

A bit of info i got it when the clock was on 106000 since then its' had two full services in the 6 or 7 months that i have had it and the clock is now on 121300, With the engine running and i open the oil cap i feel pressure pushing against my hand it also uses a bit of oil no leaks though

please can someone give me advice on this

thank you

mine did this, i added an oil catch can and hey presto no blue smoke, if its the same as mine its just small particles of oil mist getting blown through the breather in to the inlet. ive had my catch can on now for over a year and its not even upto the check window.
