Choosing Pistons

If you are rebuilding the engine you are best to bore the block and use over size pistons by 0.5 mm to insure and perfect fit the standard piston size is 81mm so you will need 81.5 mm . i would go with a 12;1 piston as there is no point changing them if you are are only uping the compression a little .

I would use a type r head if you are after 200 bhp a the standard c4 head would need alot of work to get that sort of power , cheaper way is to use a b16 head and inlet manifold .

Is there a considerable amount of difference between B16 and a B18 head..I heard the only difference is that the B16 has a better flow.. is ther more...??
