Paul67
Please can anyone advise? I've managed to get myself a complete VTI half leather interior, including door cards, off ebay to put in my MB2. Is there anything important I should know about the airbag mechanism before I attempt to remove my front seats? Thanks!

Paul67
Thanks for the reassurance! I'm really looking forward to fitting these half leather ones as I have a large tear in the side of my (grey cloth) drivers seat which the previous owner had stitched with dark green cotton... Nairnster
Anything to do with airbags, including unplugging them, I always disconnect the battery and leave it for at least 20 minutes.Shouldnt cause them to go if you dont, but I prefer not to take the risk.Once fitted though as mentioned above, shouldnt be any issues.
