steveolkinevel
Alright peeps, got a night mare on my hands at the mo with my front near side brake, the caliper was allowing pressure to be applied but not release it! Which inturn super heated my disc and put it all out of shape with high hot spots all over it, so had the discs skimmed and got a new caliper and pads (brembo) and it seemed better but its started again so took the caliper off tried to push the piston back but it wouldnt budge, cracked the bleed nipple and it flew back, so im 90% sure its the hose now,My question is tho where can i get a standard hose from? Dont want to pay braided prices,The front hoses are what seems in 3 sections? Can these be split?Any help is greatly appreciated, as im at the end of my teather with this car
philgor
the hose's are one piece, and should be farely easy to get hold of, in fact rover one's should fit, and really you should replace them as a pair. because if one is knacked the other one won't be far behind it....
