adamdunn5 Posted February 7, 2010 Share Posted February 7, 2010 Ok just want to clear somthing up here, I've been looking for info on here as to which suspension from other civics will fit my MB6 vti, couldn't seem to find any solid info but I've figured this for sure so far,Shocks & springs or complete coilovers from an 92-95 UK EG6 Civic VTi will fit staight over to an MB6 VTi aslong as you use the MB top mount nuts as there a differant thread. The import SIR EG Civic shocks won't fit as the jap cars use a differant lower rear arm/shock mount to the UK ones. UK cars have the lower rear shock bush on the arm where Jap have the bush on the shock.The spring rates will be slightly differant due to the EG being lighter than the MB but it shouldn't make alot of odds, So if your looking for a cheap suspension kit look for 2nd hand EG stuff as theres loads more about.Adam.
