thanks for the replies folk, yeah i seen that big bolt but couldnt get that out either, there is how ever a smaller allen key bolt above that which is kind of blocked off but has a small 5mm hole, am i ok to fill from this hole?

im having issues with my gearbox just now, i have a y21 lsd box in just now but i have dropped the oil out without checking the fill bolt, which now appears to be siezed and partly rounded off, can i fill the box from any other location?

nice motor mate, should get a lightened flywheel for when the box is on, if you aint done it already, the difference is amazing

Have to agree with you there, mine has knackered rings and stem seals, bought it with a knackered gearbox too but still have never had to call the AA in the 30k ive done in it, never missed a beat

No problems, only thing is that u can u vtec from cold, which i never do. Did you have it all tuned properly? if so how much did it set you back?

looking good, how is the vtec controller? notice any difference and had any problems?
