lol I quite like the CRV's, not a bad car at all. Like every other car out there, yeah they do have their faults, but most of it is covered on the internet so all fixable. They aren't the most fuel efficient cars out there that's for sure, but if you aint too fussed about that then yeah go for it mate. I did prefer the diesel but like you say, the reviews about them arte a hit and miss, so not sure if it's probably better to go for the petrol version. Either way, not a bad car to potter around in, and at least it's still a Honda!

The only issue that seems to reoccure is the rear different, but the new duel pump 2 fluid appears to cure it.

As for mpg, they seem to be about 30mpg, which is about what I get outta the deck. So not fussed on that front.

And it comes with a table as well!

She looks top dollar for her mileage! Amazing how these cars just seem to go on and on.

she's got her issues, mainly cosmetic, due to how many miles she's done.

but as mentioned else where, i think changes are afoot. and my chapter with this car is coming to an end. and hopefully somone will take it on and keep her going.

  4. saw this on ebay today, potential new car, its only round the corner so i went to have a look, and its in awesome condition, except for some minor damage on the nsr wheel arch plastics. 2 owners from new, full service history, 4 matching bridgestone tyres. and its in gunmetal silver.

yes, i've said that i'd never have another silver car, but this is lush.

i can get insurance at a reasonable rate, 200 pa more than the deck.

also the original plan of keeping the deck has gone outta the window, as the yard where i work out of has been sold, my job is safe, but we've lost all our parking, so i can't even hide it at work, so unfortunately the deck is gonna be looking for a new home.

  5. The the rear trailing arm bush's have been replaced! Only one bolt snapped, and it was for a camber arm.

It also ended up with 2 handbrake cables and a full 4 wheel alignment aswell.

While doing the paperwork the lad behind the counter asked some one else to get the mileage... When he came back with 200k plus, he didn't belive it. So asked for it again... Lol he didn't believe it.

  6. Done mine in situ 30mins a side

    Hammer

2 bolts per side undo horizontal and 2 for adjuster horizontal

    2xbushes

    £12

Bit cold for messing outside though [ghey.gif1]

Know what your saying, but I spend all week spannering in all weathers, I don't mind tinkering, do filter changes etc, but really can't be arsed to do the trailing arm bushes.

On another note, the bolts have arrived
