That must have been so annoying ti have gained so little after sending so much wonga!
i was abit, but new what the problem was and was a little impressed as the car made 180BHP at 5000rpm against a new 1.8 doing 180bhp @ 8500rpms and we were intending to map the car to 9500rpms for the first stage mapping.
-
on that day well to say we had some issues,
1.the AFR was at wrong,to much air to fuel
2.the fuel injectors couldn't flow enough fuel
3.fuel Regulator was s**t
So we had to limit the car to 5500rpm so the car would topout after that.
the car made 180BHP @ 5000rmp
time for some new parts
-
now was time for the first dyno

at this point i took the car home, photo before taking it back to finish the piping.

here we go,
Piping
first was the mounting of the Edelbrock Intake Manifold,Blox 76mm Racing Billet Throttle body and silicone bend, the inter cooler and ProCharger was mounted to line up the piping.
positioning the Tial 50mm Dump Value
at this point i still had the ebay fuel regulator, sorry car lol
the windscreen wiper bottle has been relocated ,slim line YONAKA with shoulder and fan
filter was sent to the front of the car to sit on top of the inter cooler
after taking the car home i decided that i wasn't happy with were the piping was as i wanted to put fog back on so we had to rerun the piping.
the filter piping was sent back into the bay through were the windscreen water bottle use to sit
the lighting wires were tucked as we did the piping.

Next Chapter will be rerunning the inter-cooling piping

The point of my Build
1.to build a car that is not well-known in the world Honda scene
2.Use a car that is rare (white MB6)
3.make one of the Honda strongest blocks even stronger (to take 500BHP without a sweat)
4.to build a project hasn't been done and to be current with the latest trends
5.to be the total build (having Performance(put my foot in your a*s anywhere lol) and Practicality(family car to take the family shopping wile putting my foot in your a*s anywhere lo) Looks(stance).
6.a build that has never been done (THE ONLY 1)
7.use a system that give the best of NA,TURBO CHARGING and SUPERCHARGING .
the list goes on.

The Exhaust
got a 4-1 Manifold for top end power
then a straight through 3" piping and but they done my cooling piping and it all was s**t,but i was new in the game and I'm learning
Skunk2 4" Megga Flow Exhaust
-
after months of thinking i'm going NA then followed by months of reading parts upgreads.
i came across turbo charging and super charging, which would be better and as a daily,as something that hasn't been done.
i decided the best was super charging, then i came across the VOTECH SuperCharger and the JACKSON SuperCharger then more reading and i came across the Procharged SuperCharger which runs like a turbo but cooler which means more Power

One night i was in north London Edmonton and was given a ride home by a friend.
He had a pirate black Aerodeck 1.8 vti,he took me from Edmonton to Islington and needless to say i was bitten by the "HONDA" bug.
i couldn't believe the performance of this family estate......................
Next came the fast and furious and that was it,i wanted a MB6,but all my friends had pirate black MB6 so i wanted to get a different colour and after months of looking at MB6s i found a white MB6 in leeds..................(full story when you see me)
my first mod was new wheel studs on all 4 wheels,
this is the car as standard in 2007 .
