How much should I expect to pay for labour on a clutch change not including the clutch price so I no if im being ripped off or not

Other symptoms of my problem is ill put car in gear whilst engine is off start up and I can select all gears easy whilst clutch down

right i have a problem when engine is off i can select all gears smooth but when engine is on and clutch fully pressed down cant select any gears without force ? ideas

would fitting a 1.6vti gearbox give my mb6 more accelaration i use my car 90% non motorway would this be a good choice and how much quicker would the gearbox do to 0-60

my cars fuse box cover was missing when i bought it under dash one could someone send me a link or a picture of the layout please

ive changed the gearbox oil bought it from honda dealer to be on the safe side but its still doing it its all gears from cold ill go to use car first thing on morning and it wont go in any gear smoothly i have to push force in but once i set off it goes in all gears but i can feel friction its not gliding in like it should now does that help anyone ?

does anyone no what might be wrong with my mb6 symptoms are :will not got into 1st gear smoothly from standing start when cold or reverse :i can get all gears when driving :the gear selection seems rough not clunky or grinding but not as easy to select as they should be :my gearbox isnt making any noises and i havent noticed my clutch slipping etc

if i have lowered my car two much should it bounce im thinking its bouncing caused by resting on bump stops ?

ive had ek coilovers fitted been on car a day ive noticed it a little on the bouncy side ive got 17" alloys with 205 40 17 tyres do they need to settle in ? car is lowered 5mm from front tyres and rear tyres the same should i have it raised a little will this affect it at all my car is a mb6

having my ek coilovers fitted on me mb6 the garage said they couldnt use the ek bolt for the rear forks as its two wide they having to use standard bolt is this normal for fitting ek coilovers ?

Go on eBay mate there's a few breaking there mb6 I got my Abs sensor off there £expect to pay between 40 to 50 any higher then your being ripped off
