First thing you need to do is fix the leek in the a pillar. The water is coming in at a joint in the roof under the rubber seal near the windscreen. Next pull off the black dome near the interior light. It's the receiver for the ir remote. Take this out and remove The wire. You will see that it's corroded making your central locking go crazy. Replace/repair and it's all fixed!
