if you just want a decent cat back system toyosports do a fairly good one for an mb6 that fits really well and its cheaper than having one made up... also it was cheaper to buy it from them off ebay than going to their website directly for sum reason
-
yea she was clean tbh if i came across another in the future i would be tempted- they are great little cars and really fun to mod... plus im just a sucker for anything with a b series lump!

It is with great regret that I am posting to inform you all I have now sold my mb6 to a friend- I know he will take good care of her and even though I will still see her most days I am sad to see her go. However it has helped me free up some cash so I can pay my painter for work i have had done to my teg recently and I will dig out some old pics and try to put a build thread together for future reading.
..so i say this reluctantly but i now hand her over to you buddy - @kerslake1

I love the full color coded look on silver Ms.. I didn't try spraying the fog light surrounds but they look really nice color coded.. Can I suggest a couple of things.. If you would spray the front H silver and rear number plate recess black I think should look even better
Thanks tbh had not even thought to colour code the front H but thats a really nice idea.. think il keep the recess colour coded though coz i always love mods that are subtle and go unnoticed by the untrained eye

what are the chances of a silver mb winning cotm two months in a row? surely that would be like winning the lottery twice right??

Looks spotless mate, I do like the colour coded fog covers. Not seen that before I don't think. What suspension set-up is it running?
Thanks bud tbh i had some paint left over from when i did the skirts an had a spare set of fog covers so thought id just give it a go- its on standard shocks with apex springs

I like the changes you have made so far

thanks bud tbh i cant remember mate- think they might have been from a mg zs, i think the side repeaters from a rover 400/mg will both fit as long as you get the bulb holders with them as these may be slightly different than the ones in the honda repeaters... but dont quote me on thatWhich clear side repeaters did you use? Have been looking for a set for my Silver MB6 but not sure on fitment!
The car looks great, I'm heading in the same direction with mine...

@Trix cheers. where would I get this 3m any idea a doubt it will be something halfords stock. I could get in touch with the bloke I buy my products from infact he should know something for me
A friend of mine works in a bodyshop at a range rover dealership so i just pinch it off him tbh but just had a look an you can get it from ebay but unfortunatly its not cheap- i would always use this over tcut tho as it works a lot better and loads easier to use- be carefull when using on paintwork however as it is very abrasive
-
3m fastcut is very goodLazy man walking !!!
Just normal resin type polish mate .. Or if you want it doing quicker, you could use a cutter, like t-cut

Also the vtis lips and skirts would be sweet so will be keeping my eyes out for a set (hopefully will be able find a set that has already been sprayed silver lol)
