Nixa Posted June 29, 2015 Share Posted June 29, 2015 I swaped d15z3 to d16z6 and I'm getting mil41 that my o2 sensor isn't working.Here is the situation:D16Z6 - unknown origin, rebuilt and ported240 cc injectors from old D15Z3 - cleaned and checkedEngine electrical instalation from D15Z3P28 ecu - NOT chiped4 wire o2 sensor from d16z6Everything works fine until i try to accelerate from low rpm.When i accelerate, voltage on o2 sensor drops to 0 and after that mil turns on and voltage on o2 stays at 0 until next engine start. And engine starts boging when mil turns on.Ignition also isn't working at ti's best. I can't get stable spark. It keeps varying around spot on pulley by a few milimeters (about +/-2 mm). I even tryed changing distributor but no change.For start, how can i fix that o2 mil???Normaly, O2 voltage is around 1V on idle. Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
