supermike
Hey guys, iv been doing a bit of research on this after Chi (ep82) has had a few problems getting his ones sorted. As far as i can work out there is no real guide to which is fitted. I have 2 MB6's and one has the "L" style and the other has the straight style. Only difference in the MB6's i have is age, one is a 97 R and the other is a 99 T. It is the later one that has the "L" style. I have found out that the anti-roll bar is different on both of my MB6's and this is the only way i can work out which ones i need.Easy enough to check which you have if you turn on full lock or take the wheel off. I shall get pictures of both the drop links on the car tonight and post them up on here. Hopefully save it happening to someone on the forum again.Mike
ep82
Yeah, that is strange Mike as mine is 99 and it has a straight one. Will be good to see the pics.
stoatman
Big coincidence as I have just ordered ones specified on the Euro car parts website for my aerodeck vti. They will probably be at home when I get there , hope they are the right ones. !!.A question though , do the drop links come with new bushes or are you supposed to use the old ones you take off ??? supermike
Drop links should always come with new bushes as this is the part that wears.
stoatman
Ahh , thanks for that . I have only just started to get into home "tinkering" as I have just bought myself a trolley jack. While you are here could you tell me if they are easy to change , the estate / straight drop links. As i was going to get a garage to do it ??.Cheers

cubchai
I have a S reg MB6, uses L-shaped. However I just managed to changed the right sides (front + back) only. Now the car is slightly lower on the left hand.
