Grant
As i have the engine out and in a few pieces i wanted to check my valve clearances..I dont have any feeler gauges so was going to buy some.. However after looking through the e of the bay, i can only seem to find feeler gauges that range from 0.05-1mm.Which is all that i need, however they go up in increments of 0.05 e.g. 0.10, 0.15, 0.20, 0.25 etc etc..Reading through my manuals the tolerances are:Intake: 0.15-0.19Exhaust: 0.17-0.21The inlet will be fine, obviously i have a 0.15 feeler, but how do i do the exhaust?? any suggestions? Many thanks!!!
