what do you mean the carriers have seized?

are the pad's seized in the carriers. i hit the pads out with a hammer, then clean the carrier up with sandpaper/files

or

the sliders seized in the carriers, my favroite way is to mount the carriers in a solidly mounted vice (the slider clamped in to the vice) and then use a bar to turn the carrier untill i can wiggle the carrier off. then clean the slider and the hole the best i could and then use plenty of grease/copper slip etc and check the boots carefully before putting them back on.

if you do need new/2ndhand ones, can get them from just about any rover/honda with vented disks on 4x100 wheels
