vti4mark Posted August 30, 2009 Share Posted August 30, 2009 ok i want to change my oil today and the only place open near me is halfords, ive ahd a look on there main website and they don't seem to sell alot off oil makes only mobil and there own stuff, just wondering if people would use any off this in a 1.8 vti as i don't really want to use crap in it.thanks markps its only open till 4 so a quick anwser would be great. Obviously use the correct grade.The more expensive oils may use additives etc to help sell their product, but you can always buy the additives extra from Halfrauds if you want to.Just my opinion.
