kash
I've just had a similar problem, that if it is that there isn't enough air coming through the vents at ALL speeds. It ended up being the heater motor, was an easy fix, popped down to local scrappers and got one for £20. Works fine now
civicturbo79
if the pollen filter has not been changed that can also course hardly any air to come from the vents. Rich.

weetec
hello chaps, behind glove box, there is a panel filter for the heating. remove and replace if you have never done it before. usually clogged up with fine dust and the odd leaf. my local spare parts sold me 1 for 10 smackers, blueprint quality. honda want approx 25 to 30 smackers. smack bang in the middle behind the glove box you will see a removalable vertical plastic cover. unclip from the bottom and behind you will find the air filter, just before the heater matrix. its 1 of them, you would not know it was there. to the right of the heater element. cheers
