Raz s
Hey all im after a new filter for my whale p***s i recently purchased off simpo but it is proving hard to find one thats 116mm/4.5". I would like to find a good quality one i had a hks mushroom or apexi but they seem to only be 80mm. Is there specific ones for the WP? I would use a silicone reducer but cant even find one of them the right size What have you guys fit or if you could point me in the right direction Ta guys! knight
Your right there mate! i've looked ever where for one!!! but alway good to know where to find one for when the time comes!! 6 months later looking and still nothing!
Raz s
hmm yeh! i would really like the mushroom type one as i can clean, oil and then replace the internals without having to buy a whole new filter. Aswell as being foam, a few freinds have had nothing but good results with running these type of filters.
hickster
K&N cones go up to at least 6" they're bound to have one not far off 4.5". Not sure about 'shrooms though, I though most were designed for forced induction so should go to that size?
Raz s
Yeh i have just found a 4.5 "k&n at a decent price so it looks like it will be one of them. At least its a decent quality product
