IMO no as you will seriously shorten the life of the std shocks. Depends on the age of the shocks - if less than 100k then should be ok but will eventually need to upgrade. However if shocks are past 100k then my advsied would be to change both shocks and springs. Also the standard shocks are designed not to be used with shorter progressive springs.
