djbaybeeraver23 Posted June 15, 2010 Share Posted June 15, 2010 Where is the fuse, fuse box or under bonnet?Ok lets go through this dummies styledrive car till hot/normal temp,come back home take ecu fuse,leave out for 10 mins (I'm presuming you turn engine off before removing fuse?)replace fuse run engine for 10 mins not touching throttleturn off 2 mins not touching throttle(I'm presuming that means leave off for 2 mins before restarting)restart engineReading this it sounds as if the ecu has a closed loop learning area around idle rpm,would that be correct? plus have you got any links for the wheels.. £200 is a bargain!!! would defo be looking for some of them.... Sorry haven`t got a link for the wheels, mine were £210,but I had to collect them,£40 worth of fuel,not brand new but in real good nick,if you want them £250 and they are yours. Posted June 27, 2010 Author Share Posted June 27, 2010 Had this turn up Friday morning Fitted it today,(way to hot for exhaust fitting I know but it had to be done) well pleased with it,still got the cat in,makes a lovely noise,under 3000rpm neighbours happy,3000-4500rpm neighbours looking, 4500-8000rpm neighbours on the phone to the old bill Easy fit and decent quality( T304 stainless) looks perfect IMHO,try and get some on car pictures later.
