Nice little project you've got going on there!
I was thinking of doing the H badge in carbon wrap too but also the chrome surround to match

Needs speakers badly! Thinking front components, rear 6x9 to replace originals, run them off a 4 channel amp!
Uprated brakes and paint the calipers!
A few little cosmetic touches to add an OEM+ look to her!

it is a tight fit though! 
I remember on my old EK4 I had to get the front arches rolled, they rubbed so much a metal lip that held the arch lining in bent and stabbed the sidewall! That was an interesting corner to say the least!

Well 2morrow people my VTi is getting a full clean and polished! Proper mint up and that gives me that change to do alot of photo whoring!!
I hear burgundy polishes up well if you fancy it?
I do photo whore too when I've got a good backdrop

Had her on a ramp today, centre pipe and backbox could do with replacing soonish so wanted to get people's opinions on what to go for, would like a subtle meaty sound but not OTT, plan to keep the CAT for now
Also I've read that you guys like to replace the rear ARB with one from an MG ZS, is that right?

Hi guys and girls!
Thought I'd start this thread to show you any bits and pieces I do with my new pride and joy.
Yes I am sad and have named her but it came to me as soon as I saw the reg plate!
Anyways here's a few pictures of her, taken on my phone, just now, as it's getting dark, with no flash!
I appreciate the pictures aren't brilliant but I'm sure I'll take more in better light!
For now she's standard bar the radio I put in, music is a must for me!
Plans in the short term are a decent alarm (Toad Ai606), front and rear speakers with dynomat and a 4 channel amp to power them.
Then I think an induction kit along with a S/S exhaust to give her a meaner sound but not OTT, I took the CAT off my EK4 and regretted it after a while......or maybe it was the Spoon exhaust rattling my parcel shelf to death that got to me

An epic 24 page read but I've enjoyed seeing the transformation!
Loving the subtle bits like the front badge and engine bay bits! Also the sticker was quality! I had one on my old remapped Leon FR TDi that said "No smoke, no poke"

Thanks for taking the time to read it all! 1"£££$££"!! The VTi has come along way though,,, it's now starting to look good to me! lovin it!!! btw it all in the detail init!!! Haha it certainly is! I might pinch a few of your ideas for mine when I get started on it, right now I'm just getting to know her in standard form, then I'll start tinkering, I'm weary that she's only got 22k on her so don't want to ruin her!
